Project: Information Processing Infographic Website (click here to view it)

Skills: Have considerable knowledge of teaching approaches and modern learning theories, with a particular focus on how different technologies and media influence presentation, interaction and assessment issues; and Have experience in design approaches that assist in the development of pedagogically sound and effective course materials, with a consideration of face-to-face, online or mixed-modes of delivery, as well as techniques relating to effective moderation, facilitation and assessment.

Tools: Wix

Reflection: My partner and I designed this website to look like an infographic. It is meant to provide insight on how humans process information and how it can play a key role in how we teach and learn. It was also meant to compare and contrast between the way computers present information vs humans face-to-face. Information processing and how we provide information to our students through technology plays a key role in how we should design our learning environments, the hardware and software we use and the learning activities we develop.
