Reflection: This paper offered one of my biggest challenges in the MET program. It had been a while since my undergrad, when I last wrote a formal research paper, I entered this paper with extreme anxiety wondering if I would ever finish it. I wanted to add original voice in research so I choice to look at integrating wearable technologies in Physical Education, as I didn't find to much prior research on the subject. After an entire 4 months of planning, researching, writing, and re-writing. I was happy with the final result and feel like I could use this research in further academic pursuits, if i choose to pursue academia at some point in the future.
